Melania's Gourmet Ginger Snap Cookie Recipe

Here’s Melania’s spectacular recipe for the perfect Holiday Ginger Snap Cookie Recipe — just in time! This recipe should yield between 60 to 75 cookies based off of how big you make the scoops!

Ingredients:

  • 10 OZ All Purpose Flour

  • 4 OZ Butter

  • 8 OZ Dark Brown Sugar

  • 75 Grams Molasses

  • 2 TSP Baking Soda

  • 1 1/4 TSP Ginger

  • 1 TSP Cinnamon

  • 1/2 TSP Cloves

  • 1/2 TSP Salt

  • 1 1/4 TBSP Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Egg

Instructions:

  • Sift all dry, powder ingredients together

  • Cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy

  • Add molasses, eggs, and vegetable oil

  • Add all dry ingredients and combine

  • Scoop mixture into small balls and roll each ball in a sugar and cinnamon mixture before placing them onto a parchment lined baking sheet onto a parchment lined baking sheet

  • Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
