Melania's Gourmet Ginger Snap Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

10 OZ All Purpose Flour

4 OZ Butter

8 OZ Dark Brown Sugar

75 Grams Molasses

2 TSP Baking Soda

1 1/4 TSP Ginger

1 TSP Cinnamon

1/2 TSP Cloves

1/2 TSP Salt

1 1/4 TBSP Vegetable Oil

1 Egg
Instructions:

Sift all dry, powder ingredients together

Cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy

Add molasses, eggs, and vegetable oil

Add all dry ingredients and combine

Scoop mixture into small balls and roll each ball in a sugar and cinnamon mixture before placing them onto a parchment lined baking sheet onto a parchment lined baking sheet

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
